8600/18 is a kind of universal and concentrate wax release agent, available for all fields of polyurethane flexible foam. Such as Car seats, Furniture Cushion, Pillow,Toys, Hard foam products etc. It carries the precipitation of us in the polyurethane industry more then 20 years and provides a specific and effective solution for all polyurethane flexible foam products to meet the growing needs of those including appearance, surface smoothness, production efficiency, cost, mold scaling speed, construction convenience, work and ecological environment protection.

• The biggest feature of this product is that it has strong versatility, which is suitable for almost all polyurethane soft foam products, and can easily cope with the ultra-wide mold temperaturerange of 40-90 degrees
• This product has excellent surface cell-opening performance, especially in the full MDI system
• This product is solvent-based concentrated product with high solid content, easy dilution, and higher stability after dilution than similar products

40-90 ℃
